Arizona exports to Mexico and Canada increased significantly in August 

Arizona exports to Mexico rose 29.6% from August 2021, with a total of $792 million. On a year-over-year basis exports to Canada were up 36.4%, amounting to $190 million. 

At $773 million, Arizona imports from Mexico also increased substantially at 17.6% from August 2021. in Imports from Canada increased 4.9% from August 2021, with a total of $205 million.

U.S. exports through Arizona border ports of entry rose in August, up 17.1% over the year to $1.066 billion. U.S. Imports through Arizona ports were valued at $1.458 billion, which was an increase of 18.0% over the year.
